Alabama Heritage Homes began in the fall of 2002 when Jim Wright and Collins Pearson combined their 35 years of construction and homebuilding experience to form one of Madison County's fastest growing custom homebuilding companies.

Jim Wright has over 30 years of construction and homebuilding experience. Prior to co-establishing Alabama Heritage Homes, Inc., Jim held various positions in the construction field including Construction Manager, Project Manager, Regional Controller and Division President for two national homebuilders. Jim has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and served honorably in the United States Air Force including a tour in Vietnam.

Collins Pearson has continued in his family's interest of building and construction. After graduating in 1992 from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction he began his own homebuilding company. Within his company, Collins performed all the necessary tasks required to become a reputable and successful homebuilder. Collins is not only known for his new home construction, but also as a developer of several successful communities.
